The new 200 series granulators are ideal for inline recycling of scrap and production-related plastic residues, mainly in the injection molding and blow molding sectors.

The modular principle of standard and additional components, as well as four different machine sizes with grinding chamber openings up to 600×270mm, different rotor types and rotor speeds, grinding material transport systems, etc., allows the granulator to be configured to suit your application perfectly.

As standard, the 200 Series comes with the Super Tangential Grinding Chamber for optimal capture and processing of light, bulky products such as bottles and containers, resulting in increased throughput.

Central granulator Rapid 300 & 400

Rapid’s “open-hearted” design concept is now an integral part of every Rapid 300, 400, 500 and 600 series cutting mill.

The big advantage here is that direct and easy access to the inside of the machine results in very short cleaning and maintenance times, which speeds up production changes and increases availability. The unobstructed view of elementary machine components also facilitates reliable visual inspection for cleanliness in order to rule out contamination during color and material changes.

Simplicity – ThermoPRO comes standard with Rapid’s unique and highly appreciated open-heart design, which dramatically simplifies cleaning, service and preventive maintenance. Direct and complete access to the heart of the machine in less than a minute!

Particularly powerful The new high-performance roller infeed is designed and robust so that it can compress and feed in cups up to 200 mm high. Eliminate manual labor for e.g. startups – Shred the complete material and return it to production without risk of contamination.

Very quiet – No more noise With MCT (Mineral Composite Technology), the vibrations of the cutting process are absorbed. Equipped with an integrated dancer arm, the solution captures most of the cutting noise and provides a comfortable working environment with less than 80dB(A) (depending on material/application).
